                                                                          Demons Of Old Metal
Demonic Chronicles - Volume III   Independent Release

From the bowels of deepest darkest Devon, well Torbay!  We have the Demons of Old Metal.  Firstly let me introduce these saviours of metal we have on Vocals and Guitar Demon (VGD) - Tombstone Cowboy, thumping the old Bass is Bass Demon (BD) - Machinegun Skelly, Rhythm Guitar Demon (RGD) - Psycho Wing, Drum Demon (DD) - The Butcher and finally Tech Demon (TD) - Digital Death.

Now they say that we’re all going to go to hell and Demons of Old Metal are going to make sure of it, totally! The mini album opens up with a circus ringmaster taking you into a temple of horrors.  It’s a journey of old style traditional metal with the Tombstone Cowboy spurring the band on with a sing along chorus, and promising a night of revelry at any venue, these miscreants will be plying their bombastic tune age.

Next we get 'Another Day in Hell' are they singing about Torquay perchance? It’s a bit of a doom inspired tune at first, not sure about it if am honest, but I think it’s a grower and probably will have the seagulls in a trance down by the seaside! The song comes alive halfway through and delivers some fine screams and psychopathic riffs, with a nice maidenesque rumble.

Oh yeah now this is the best track on here! Let me hear your 'Battlecry'!!! Drums from the pits of Satan’s bathroom, and the screams and howls of an hallucinating werewolf are the order of the day as the band seek you out and scare you to death!  'Ashes' will create a maelstrom of banged heads and fists punching in the air, meaty solos and demonic screams take you into the underworld of killer delirium, SING 'ASHES'!!!  'Hellbound' opens with demonic laughter and drags you by the feet into the insanity and madness of the Demons of Old Metal, telling a story of the bands falling into the grace of Satan! A fun cheesefest of metal ensues.

The last track is 'The Children', it bashes into your head space and pleases as does the whole mini album.  Demons of Old Metal were formed at the tail end of 2010 by four veterans of the UK metal circuit who were joined by one newcomer to create a truly unique band.  The bands high level of musicianship, coupled with their schlock horror image and stage shows have won over many fans the world over and long may it continue.
