Biography:

“Founded in 2000, the corrosively expressive band Recueil Morbide have carved a path for themselves after being plucked by Great Dane Records - have now released their fifth album entitled “Morbid Collection” its brutal entrails are savaged by captivating seething vocals of madness, in the form of fast guitars that squeal in urgent pain that hold an ever increasing malevolent vibe!”

Ritual Time

Can be described as a barbarous intense flurry of agitation that foams at the mouth! The heinous growls and fast paced stabs of commanding energy gathers momentum rather fiercely and never gives in to the overwhelming frenzy that awaits as soon as your finger presses ‘play’

We harvest what we sow

Another emerging and bruising track that is a full on assault to the senses. The alluring appeal for me are the swelling growls and wind tunnel screams that wash over me in a tidal wave of ferocious glory.

Belated Revenge

Another fast runner with heart battering melody and kicking it up another notch are the superb drum beats and manipulative guitars, great combination for a winning track!

Chronicle of a decline perversion

Razor sharp and deadly from the word go with strong melody and blunt force vocals showing its spirited side and staying under the skin agitating and creating a dramatic and intense scenario.

Chronicle of a decline Obsession

Powerful, intense and forthright.  This track gathers a radiating heat that rises early on and just gets hotter! It is embedded with passion and holds a deep and masterful guise.

Unconsciously

Harsher and vehement this one gets you in a head lock almost immediately and doesn’t let go from its vice like grip! It torments and then suddenly faint whispers are heard, the music slows, a baby cries and a malignant growl takes over. The demonic is once more prevalent.

With his Hate

Certainly no let up here as track after track batters and attacks the senses in an all-out battle of wits plus musical connotations! The clean vocals don’t really do the track any favours if I am perfectly honest, but thankfully the demonic growls and pig squeals are rife and the sonic mesmerising guitars are just bursting with energy.

Intolerance to Frustration

A volcanic eruption can be likened to this track as it kicks off – in full flow it is likely to take not one but quite a few houses down! With its own frustrations domineering the track.

Nightmarish Collapse

Brutish and compelling the scourging vocal edge rasps like it is its last while the music’s sharp and voracious pounding is seductive and exhaustively gripping.

The suffering remains

Dynamic and enjoyable it festers under the skin and explodes into a frenzy of madness! The intimidating formula of guttural lows and scourging highs just infects the ears with a volatile embrace.

Travel to see

This track is more deliberate and slower although not without its growling bear tendencies and harsh pounding beats. It signifies the end of a fantastic album of seething delights.

Summary:

For lovers of extreme and brutal death metal Recueil Morbide are band to be explored if not already! The album erupts and ignites through intimidating and imposing encounters.

Vocally flexible and it offers a primal lust that is really hard to ignore. Enhancing their faultless reputation Recueil Morbide can walk away happy knowing they have created one beast of an album! Making it a no brainer for recommendation!
